Consultation Services
At Rill Unique Enterprises (RUE), we empower healthcare providers with the knowledge and tools necessary to navigate the complexities of medical billing, coding, and insurance processes. Our consultation services are designed to educate and support providers, enabling them to manage their billing operations effectively and independently.
Our Consultation Offerings
We provide personalized sessions available in 30-minute or hourly increments, scheduled Monday through Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM MST. For providers in certain areas of Colorado, we offer in-person consultations. Providers outside Colorado can access our services virtually or via phone.
Individual Consultations
Personalized one-on-one sessions available in 30-minute or hourly increments to address your specific medical billing, coding, or insurance contracting questions. Sessions are available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST, in-person (select Colorado areas), virtually, or by phone.
Monthly Membership
Our membership plan includes three 30-minute sessions per month, allowing ongoing support for any medical billing, coding, or insurance contracting matters, priced at $215 per month. Sessions exceeding the 30-minute time frame will incur additional charges as outlined in our Consultation Services Agreement.
Getting Started
To initiate our consultation services, please complete and return the signed Consultation Services Agreement and Business Associate Agreement. Both will be sent to you once we have received your request to get started with our consultation services.

Services will commence once we have received the signed agreements and established a monthly automatic payment arrangement via credit or debit card. With RUE, you'll have year-round access to medical billing and coding experts, ready to address your questions and support your practice's success. Refunds will not be allowed for any transaction without proper cancellation of services as outlined in our Consultation of Services Agreement.
