Rill Unique Enterprises values your utmost privacy and we are HIPAA certified.  Please read the following information about how we handle your information.

Website:
Rill Unique Enterprises collects your IP address, browser type and operating system on each visit to every page on this site on our behalf.  This information is used ONLY for internal statistic tracking purposes and is never shared with other entities outside Rill Unique Enterprises unless required by law enforcement.  Your name and other information are NOT collected unless you specifically provide it.

E-Mail:
Rill Unique Enterprises does not send bulk e-mail messages, or ‘Spam’.  We only communicate with our current clients, current vendors, current business partners, insurance carriers or other parties that have an interest in becoming clients or business partners.  We will, on occasion, send all of our clients a group e-mail when special offers, price changes, software updates or important issues arise.  If you believe you have received bulk e-mail from us, or have received a suspicious e-mail that appears to be fraudulent, please contact us so that we can investigate the matter.  We may occasionally complete email marketing campaigns to acquire new clients, but all emails will be scrubbed against any listings for restricted emails and will provide an ‘opt out’ option within the email.

All e-mail messages received from our clients and business partners are kept completely confidential and are never shared with parties outside of Rill Unique Enterprises without your express permission unless required by law enforcement.  If you do not wish to receive further e-mail communications from us, please contact us immediately to have your e-mail address removed from our internal list.  We do not have an automated mail-list system because we send all of our e-mails manually.

All e-mails containing any type of patient health information (PHI) are sent by secure/encrypted means only.

RUE Sites/Platforms:
You may be required to register and create an account to access some content and functionality on RUE Sites and/or Platforms. You may be required to provide personal information, such as an email and password, to create an account, as described in this Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, password, and other information AT ALL TIMES. RUE will maintain all appropriate protocols to ensure utmost security when accessing any RUE Site/Platform as required by state and/or federal law. You agree to notify Rill Unique Enterprises immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to or use any of your RUE Site/Platform account(s). You may be required to log out from your account at the end of each session. You should use caution when accessing your account from a public or shared computer so that others are not able to view or access your information. Rill Unique Enterprises may disable an account at any time in its sole discretion. 

Any information you provide to Rill Unique Enterprises must be correct, current, and complete. Our use of your information is governed by this Privacy Policy. By providing us with personal information, you consent to our use of such information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Facsimiles:
Rill Unique Enterprises does not send bulk faxes.  We only communicate via fax with our current clients, current vendors, current business partners, insurance carriers or other parties that have an interest in becoming clients or business partners. 

All faxes received from our clients and business partners are kept completely confidential and never shared with parties outside of Rill Unique Enterprises without your express permission unless required by law enforcement.

PHI (Personal Health Information):
Rill Unique Enterprises will adhere to all HIPAA rules and regulations governing the collection, use and retention of any PHI obtained for the purpose of doing business with our clients.

All PHI received from our clients and business partners are kept completely confidential and never shared with parties outside of Rill Unique Enterprises without the express written permission of the individual, unless required by law enforcement.  All access to any PHI internally is restricted as necessary by any RUE employee to complete their job.  All PHI/HIPAA requests done by an individual must be completed directly through our client.  All HIPAA request must be fulfilled within 30 calendar days.  Any and all questions regarding Rill Unique Enterprises Privacy Policy or HIPAA compliance should be forwarded to Alethea Bryant our HIPAA Compliance Officer to alethea@rilluniqueenteprises.com.
